Tulsi Apple Syrup

Pour over softened cream cheese and serve with graham crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 c apple juice homemade preferably
  • 2 c strong Tulsi tea
  • 5 c sugar
  • 1 box pectin

Instructions

  • In a stockpot, combine juice, tea, and pectin.
  • Bring to a rolling boil. Then add sugar.
  • Bring back to a boil for 1 minute
  • Put into jelly jars and process for 5 minutes.
  • You may end up with thick syrup or jelly. Either is wonderful.
