Tulsi Apple Syrup
Pour over softened cream cheese and serve with graham crackers.
- 2 c apple juice homemade preferably
- 2 c strong Tulsi tea
- 5 c sugar
- 1 box pectin
- In a stockpot, combine juice, tea, and pectin.
- Bring to a rolling boil. Then add sugar.
- Bring back to a boil for 1 minute
- Put into jelly jars and process for 5 minutes.
- You may end up with thick syrup or jelly. Either is wonderful.
