Summer Fruits w/ Elderflower Syrup

Ingredients

  • A mix of summer fruits: sweet cherries (pitted and stemmed), blackberries, blueberries, peaches (peeled, pitted, and cut into bite-sized pieces), apricots (pitted and sliced), watermelon (seedless is best) in bite-sized pieces
  • Elderflower Syrup (*Elderflower syrup is available at IKEA, where it is sold as DRYCK FL√ĄDER. What is sold in bottles is a concentrate, which is what I used. What is sold in juice-boxes is diluted.)

  • Finely chopped herbs: lemon balm, lemon verbena, spearmint, pineapple sage
  • Fresh lime juice

Instructions

  • Mix everything together and let it stand for a few hours. Serve.
