Parsley Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh parsley chopped
- 1 cup cucumber chopped
- 1 zucchini chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- ½ cup onion OR fresh garlic chives chopped
- Cherry tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix all. Chill before serving.
- Note: Winter parsley is not as tender as spring parsley.
