Lemon Balm Cookies

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c coconut oil
- 1/2 c plain yogurt
- 1 c sugar
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 2 T fresh lemon balm, chopped
- 3 c self-rising flour
Notes
Cream together coconut oil, yogurt and sugar. Add lemon juice and lemon balm and mix well. Gently stir in flour 1 cup at a time. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
