Fried Polenta with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Basil

Ingredients

  • 1 tube polenta sliced
  • 1 jar sun-dried tomato paste

Instructions

  • ┬áSlice polenta and fry on the griddle in coconut oil.
  • Remove polenta slices from heat, spread sun-dried tomato paste on polenta slices.
  • Top with fresh basil leaf and serve.
