Post pandemic we remain vigilant to the need for strong immune systems and being able to keep ourselves as healthy as possible. Learn how to use the plants found all around us and items in your kitchen pantry, as powerful immunity builders and medicine.
Emily Giles is the founder of “A New Life Herbs” where she makes her own high quality herbal products from freshly harvested herbs. Emily opened her local brick and mortar shop in Somerville, TN in 2019 after selling her products at craft events and local businesses for several years. It is here that she prepares all her herbal products and has also branched out to provide the Coffee & Tea Cafe to promote health and healing and assist in her local mission of helping others! Emily’s shop and cafe provide a ‘hub’ where it all takes place!
Emily studied under Darryl Patton, The Southern Herbalist, and learned how to identify and use plants in the wild as medicines and as edibles. She is a firm believer that God has given the local plants around us to use for the specific illnesses common to our area.
